Features

• The main frame is processed from a single plate and formed integrally, ensuring a sturdy and stable structure. It is equipped with an independent rewinding and slitting section, with the rewinding part being adjustable for proximity. The product has excellent cooling effects.
  

• The machine features two rewinding shafts, two unwinding shafts, and three composite shafts. This design facilitates the production of various products and can also be used independently as a slitting machine.
  

• The unwinding adopts an air shaft design and a magnetic powder tension control system. The first unwinding uses a cylinder for automatic roll loading, saving time and effort, and includes an automatic edge alignment control system to maintain smooth operation.
  

• The rewinding uses a slip differential shaft design with automatic slipping, staggered rewinding with constant tension, ensuring neat rewinding and allowing for online slitting. The operating system utilizes a computer touch screen with PLC control.
  

• The machine supports slit coating or roller coating, making it versatile and widely applicable.
  

• An additional conveying device is included, allowing for coating on four-sided elastic cloth.
