The hot melt dispensing brings efficient and high-quality production methods to the packaging industry. With the advent of Industry 4.0 and the increasing demands for upgraded packaging solutions, Norda is exploring precise packaging solutions at Taipei Pack.

During this exhibition, Norda will showcase the new generation hot melter-- ProBlue Flex, featuring modular design that can be customized and upgraded according to customer needs. ProBlue Flex can be connected to the BBconn control system and host machine for remote operation, troubleshooting, and accessing production data to continuously improve manufacturing processes, achieving factory automation.

At the exhibition, ProBlue Flex will be demonstrated in action with Nordson's E-400 high-speed electronic gun. The E-400 is designed for medium to high-speed packaging production, offering superior performance and accuracy for high-speed adhesive applications. With switch speeds of less than 6 ms, it provides excellent repeatability, better adhesive control, saves adhesive usage, and enhances packaging strength, enabling precise packaging.

Precision fluid dispensing is trending towards accuracy and speed. The UBA Pump achieves a accuracy within ±0.5%, demonstrating stability, durability, non-clogging performance, ease of operation, and maintenance-free attributes. It is suitable for demanding liquid dispensing requirements applications in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, food, cosmetics, and others.
