Coating OEM
Norda has two sets of hot melt coating and laminating equipment: ND6125 wide-width coating laminating machine and ND4040 high-speed coating laminating machine. Both sets belong to the Slot Die coating method.
ND6125 is designed for high-precision hot melt coating, which is equipped with Nordson hot melt adhesive machine and Nordson TrueCoat TCHP Slot Die . The TCHP Slot Die of ND6125 is equipped with two sets of lips: the general type (slot) lip can achieve glue thickness ranging from 1gsm to 1000gsm, and the other lip is the Rotation Bar, which has a rolling bar and can meet the requirement of Streak-Free.
ND6125 is a double-walled coating machine with a maximum coating width of 1250mm; the viscosity range of coating materials can range from 1,000psi to 50,000psi, which is suitable for coating various hot-melt adhesive materials such as PSA, EVA, and PO; it can be used for various substrates, including paper, PP, BOPP, PET, PVC, non-woven fabrics, etc.; the production speed can reach up to 200m/min. Nordson TCHP coating head can choose full or stripe coating during coating, the broken glue is clear, and the glue edge is easy to control.
The maximum coating width of ND4040 high-speed coating and laminating machine is 400mm, which is equipped with Nordson hot melt adhesive machine and EDI Slot Die. It has a wide range of applications and can be used in various industries such as various tapes and labels in the industry, as well as various hydrocolloid dressings and medicinal patches in medicine.
Application
