Through the implementation of the TrueBlue preventive regular maintenance plan, the equipment can be maintained in a state of high productivity, and the sudden situation of downtime can be greatly reduced, and the stability of the production line can be improved. A standard TrueBlue maintenance plan includes:
Complete Melter Inspection: Check for damage, missing parts, integrity of installation, electrical and hydraulic connections.
Melter cleaning: Empty the glue tank with a special cleaning agent, remove carbide and residual glue, and replace the melter filter.
Inspect surrounding parts: Check the function and temperature of each gun and nozzle in the system, and replace the gun filters.
Replacement of seal kits: It is recommended to replace the pump's liquid and gas seal kits every 1-2 years.
After completing the maintenance process, Noda personnel will provide a complete maintenance report and ensure that each maintenance item is actually completed.
